The sun rises so late in Mombai. So nobody wake up till 7.00am in the morning. Then after everybody are busy to get ready for the breakfast and then to the class at 9.30am in the hall. So we all do same like. We all were in time in the hall and we have an interaction with Dr. Frances Moores about her experiences in working with Save the Children in Middle East Asia. The major problem that the children of Middle East Asia are facing the war or conflict. There are not a single home without killed their parents in the war or imprison. She explained the 4 P that is Prevention, Protection, Provision and participation of Save the Children.
Then after we have the class on Motor Development. The class was taken by Dr. Anita Prabho. She deliberated her session through practically and explaining each step of Motor Development in children. It is the method to analysis the children development. We have been done the position of Prone, Supine, Creeping, Rooting and in different stage of children in different period of time. Then after we have video of all those steps of children.
After lunch we have an lecture by Ritika Shahani, the founder of trinaYani(www.trinayani.org). She is a film playback and pop singer - performer and a disability activist. She took the class on use of proper language. She brought us to make attitudinal change. She showed us six short documentary related to disability. Finally question answer session with her and we rapped up our program with weekly feedback on course.
