Second week in CII course ADAPT, Mombai

The second week in Mombai was full of knowledge and fun. We have four day workshop and three day holiday. We have class by Seemi Vig, Sarmali Donde, Deepshikha Mathur, Babaji and Prue Chalker. The classes was focused on Child development basically on Cognitive, Emotional and Speech. The other part of the class and lecture was based on mainstream and special education. The class by Seema Vig was totally focused on spiritually and practically. Most the time we spend on her was involvement and engagement in activities. She had taught a great productive knowledge which was important for us in our whole life. The class by Deepshikha Mathur was especially focused one part in lecture and other part in group work. The class by Dr. Sharmila Donde was basically on inclusion and the difference between Impairment, Disability and Handicapped. Mrs. Prue Chalker came to our class and introduce herself. Finally Babaji showed us a film on spiritually. He had class on the importance of inclusion on respecting other religious people.
We have fun this week. We have Inclusive Mela in ADAPT. We have all children together to have fun, game, eat, dance together in ADAPT. Children from other regular school came to the Mela organized by ADAPT for fun. We have gone to SantaCrouz for shopping. I have bought Panjabi dress for me. We have lot of fun and enjoyed by doing shopping.
During our weekend we have gone to Mumbai Darshan. We have been to Hanging Garden, Gate way of India, Science Center, 4 D picture, Mahalaxmi temple,Marine Drive, Neru Shine Center, and Jhoo Beech.
