Assumptions:
• Youths are the leaders of tomorrow and the co-partners for the present generation.
• In order to solve the problems of the youths, they can play themselves a more significant role in their life. They should, therefore, be made capable and encouraged to participate in the solution of their problems.
• Youths are also directly related to the economic aspect of the country in order to have their direct linkage with the national development, their thoughts and feelings should be recognized and they must be allowed to have a share in respect to planning and policy formation of the nation.
• Youths are the active and creative members of the society.
• Youths must develop their own capacity to take decision in every field of work.

Goals:
1. Thoughts: Thoughts are the sources of all human actions. With this realization, the forum aims at Understanding, collecting and analyzing the thoughts of the youth.
2. Action: Proper thoughts of the youth should be recognized and appreciated. Sometimes their thoughts may be like the gold-mine. With proper analysis, their thoughts should be implemented in actions.
3. Feelings: Feelings too keep great importance in human life. Youth should be encouraged to develop positive feelings, which may turn into thoughts and the thoughts, might again be translated into actions.

Objectives:
• In order for solving the problems of the youth, the forum has taken the objective of making them active, well informed and the participatory man-power in the development of their own society.
• Working as a pressure group for the development of the youth.
• Making proper arrangement for a situation in which genius youths are able to display their inherent capacities.

Social change and social reform is a dynamic process. Continuously fulfill the present indispensable necessities and applying the thought that is based on the comprehensive interest of a wider number of people is the essence of a modern time. As the youths are basically known to be the vehicles of a social change, a forum or an organization of the youngsters who are well concise about the rights and interests of the young generation is strongly felt from all to be the need of our time. Realizing the importance if such a common forum for the fulfillment of various needs known as “Yuwa Forum” has been recently formed on the initiative of the youths themselves.

Most of the young people in Nepal are much affected from various problems of their own. In spite of their capacities and sharp intellect, they are in search of opportunities for utilizing them. But it is regrettable to note that they lack opportunities to speak about the right and duties of their own and display their skills and capabilities, the youths have not been consulted in issues of their own; there have been the problem of unemployment, the youths have not been made the participants in the decision making processes, planning and programs made for themselves. They are also devoid of necessary information.
These are some of the problems among the youths of present day society. The forum has taken the objective of solving these problems by making the youths information oriented, skilled and capable of doing what they desire. The forum has been established with a view to raising public awareness, public awareness about of the role of youth in the development of the society and the whole nation. This is why youths are invited to develop

“Yuwa Forum” as a pressure group for the overall development of the youth. Let us take interest and initiative towards making it a common forum and achieving its goals.
